I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition, a mom, and the Founder of Senta Heath. I specialize in prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric nutrition.

Experience
Alexandra (Ali), MS, RD, CDN, trained at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, a top 5 children’s hospital in the US. During her time there, she participated in Feeding Clinic, a unique hospital program that brings together an interdisciplinary team including registered dietitians, doctors, speech pathologists, and psychologists to help children and their families overcome feeding difficulties. Through her experience in the field of neurodevelopmental disabilities, Ali is certified as a Maternal and Child Health Leader by California’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program. She is also a member of the Children’s Health Council at Weill Cornell Medicine and on the Expert Council for Is This Normal by Little Spoon. Ali is an advocate for evidence-based recommendations and has a long history of performing and analyzing scientific research.
Ali is dedicated to making nutrition science understandable to a wide audience in order to help as many people as possible. As such, she has worked for both Joy Bauer, nutrition expert for the TODAY Show, and Dr. Oz, host of The Dr. Oz Show.
Ali has also worked with underserved populations and schools in both Harlem and Queens through City Harvest and Studio in a School. As an accredited member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the NYC Nutrition Education Network, the American Society for Nutrition, and the Greater New York Dietetic Association, Ali is an active part of the nutrition community.
Ali graduated at the top of her class and summa cum laude from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Nutrition and magna cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She also is certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Prior to her career in dietetics, Alexandra worked at UBS Investment Bank and Blackstone. She also spent time as a venture capital investor at Red Sea Ventures and 14W.
Alexandra lives in NYC with her husband Max and her children, Pierce and Geneva.
